Preschool Teacher Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities.
- Support children’s learning, play, and development.
- Provide a safe, caring, and faith-filled environment.
- Help with classroom routines, meals, and clean-up.
- Supervise and engage with children throughout the day.
- Work as part of a caring and supportive teaching team.

Licensed centers must follow the state regulations for child care. Yearly training is required of all employees. Background checks are administered by the state. Fingerprints are taken every five years.
