Lead Teacher Responsibilities: Create and implement lesson plans, complete daily reports, and provide developmentally appropriate activities that support social-emotional and cognitive growth. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom where children feel secure, respected, and encouraged to express themselves

Licensed centers must follow the state regulations for child care. Yearly training is required of all employees. Background checks are administered by the state. Fingerprints are taken every five years.
