Our Mission at Mater Dei Child Care Center is to provide a loving, faith-based environment when children grow spiritually, academically, and socially through play-based, development appropriate learning. Rooted in Christian values, we nurture each child’s unique gift and foster in our Catholic values. We nurture each child’s unique gifts and foster a strong foundation of faith, love and discovery.
Our daily classroom schedules are designed to support developmentally appropriate practices, with activities planned around the children’s interests. We use a variety of resources to encourage exploration and discovery of God’s world through creative play, music, stories, art, language development, pre-reading skills, number readiness, social skills, and both gross and fine motor development. We also implement the Conscious Discipline program to support children in developing self-regulation skills.
